Frequently asked questions
1. What do you sell?
I sell DIGITAL items related to party events: Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers etc. These are not physical items, and nothing will be shipped.
Two types of files are available:
1. Editable templates via Corjl website
2. Instant downloads (non-editable) - available on Etsy after purchase
2. How does this work with Corjl?
1. Purchase the file(s) you want on Etsy.
2. You will receive 2 emails: one from Etsy with the confirmation of your order and the other one will be from Corjl (usually within 5-15 mins.) Email will be sent to the one you have connected with your Etsy account, with a link to access and edit your file(s). Be sure to check your Spam folder as well!
3. Personalize your file(s), and be sure to save as you edit.
4. When you are ready to print/share it, then download your file(s) and print/share.
3. How can I access my instant download files on Etsy?
- You can access your files at all times by going to "Your account" at the top right corner of your screen, then click Purchases & Reviews and then on your order. There is a download link next to each file, so you can download them directly to your computer.
- If you are using a phone, you can not access the files through Etsy App, but you can still access them via phone browser following the same steps explained above, just first log on to Etsy on your phone's browser.
4. I do not have PayPal, do you accept any other forms of payment?
Unfortunately, at this time only PayPal is available.
But if you do not have the account with PayPal or do not wish to open it, you can still purchase my files by simply following these steps:
1. Click "Add to Cart" then "Pay with PayPal" and you’ll be redirected to PayPal.
2. Select "Checkout as Guest" and Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
3. Fill in your details card details

5. What can and cannot be edited on template?
You will be able to edit:
➤ Text for wording, font, color, size, and placement.
➤ Save and make changes later, if needed.
➤ Download as JPG, PDF.
You won't be able to edit.
➤ Artwork/graphics.
➤ Dimension or orientation of the template.
Each file has a DEMO link in the written description. Please check it out to further see what the template offers.
6. How can I upload an image?
𝐀𝐝𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 – Click on Add New Image button in the tools panel to add a photo or grapics. You can adjust the size and rotate the image.
𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 – To replace an existing image, click on it and you will see a button in the tools panel that says Replace Image. Upload your image and it will replace the existing image.
7. Where can I print?
You can print your files at home or at a proffesional printers. Some of the suggestions are Office Depot, FedEx Office, Staples, Walmart. Some of them have websites even so you can check what they offer.
